First of all, I love these kinds of books.  There is nothing more rewarding than opening up a book like this and reading an inspirational quote or short narrative to either start your day or while sitting at the red light.  In our busy worlds, either in family life or business, we need to take time-out and center ourselves.  Ginny Hutchinson and Cathy Haffner certainly help us do that.

But, there is more to this book. They also give us tips; for e.g., "Smile, It's Contagious," or, how to "Take a Stand and Set Boundaries."

This book is in my purse, and I encourage you to keep yours there too.  At times of distress, pulling it out and reading something inspirational, will make a difference of how to act or react.  Let's make this world a better place, starting within ourselves and making it "better because of you."
